Yeast Ale 3 g.
High fermentation yeast sachet, to make Ale beers. It has a neutral profile, so it enhances the flavours of the malt in beer. The Ale yeast highlights fruity notes in high-gravity beers and leaves a somewhat hard mouthfeel.
It is mostly used in medium to strong beers where a low level of fruity ester character is desired, for example, Amber Ales, Irish Red Ale, Scottish Ale, Bière de Garde.
