You will make 3.8 liters of mead, with the most exclusive honey from the Andalusian Highlands, Chestnut variety. Unlike other honeys, the efficiency of the mead will be much higher.

Tasting notes

Odin recipe: you will make a dry mead of copper color. The great aromatic complexity of this mead is surprising, leaving strong notes of wt earth, eucalyptus bark and strong pinnaceous aromas. The palate is light due to its low content of residual sugards, complex and very versatile.
